Huge living room, nice eat-in kitchen, sitting porch, off-street parking.  Partially furnished.  Short pleasant walk to campus.  Quiet neighborhood.  Landlord upstairs.

The bedroom that is available is quite large and can accommodate two.  Rent for 12-month lease is $640 for a single and $800 if there are two of you sharing the room.  10-month lease is also an option.

Rent includes everything: heat, electric, gas, water, washer/dryer, garbage pickup, wireless internet, CATV and AC.  No pets.  No smoking.
