Huge living room, nice eat-in kitchen, sitting porch, off-street parking.  Partially furnished.  Short pleasant walk to campus.  Quiet neighborhood.  Landlord upstairs.
Rent is $640 per  person per month (or $680 for 10-month option).  Available for either June 1st  (12-month) or August 1st (10-month) startup.  Rent quotes assume single occupant per bedroom.  Double-occupancy plan also available.
Rent includes everything: heat, electric, gas, water, washer/dryer, garbage pickup, wireless internet, CATV and AC.  No pets.  No smoking.
