I will be making appointments and signing leases in the next few weeks for 26 South Oakwood Terrace (The Orphanage). There are only a few spaces available so don't wait..
I also have two 6 BR houses 1.5 miles from campus on bus route. Those leases start in mid August but think about looking and signing now so you don't miss out on a very nice space. Very lenient payment arrangements available.
