Hi I currently live on 17 south chestnut street in the apartment over Reanna's closet. I'm looking to sublet my room. The apartment is a 3 bedroom( my room is the biggest). Two sweet girls who keep to themselves live there with me now. The bedrooms are connected by a cozy, common kitchen, also attached to a larger full bathroom with a full shower and extra closet. My bedroom is large enough for a coffee table, futon and queen size bed. The room has also comes with two large built in closets. I m currently paying $600 a month but am asking for only $500 in addition to utilities. Utilities run around 13 dollars for internet, and the electric is usually around 110 every other month for the whole apartment, which we split 3 ways.
