Looking for a roommate for an apartment off campus. Located on Broadhead Avenue. 5 minute walk into town and 12 minute walk to campus. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and a parking lot. Also a washer/dryer located in the apartment, saves a lot of money and convenient for you! The room is fully furnished with a full size bed and a three dresser drawer. Rent is $600 a month without utilities BUT the bills have been $25 and $30 each. So you will not pay more than $650 in any given month.
