Looking for 2 roommates $625/month! Close to campus!

Hey!!
I am Nate, and my two housemates are moving out this month so I have two rooms that will be available starting January 1st. I am asking for $625 per month for each, this includes everything and I mean everything: room, full bathroom, heat, a/c, electric, cable + internet, utilities, garbage, snow removal, full kitchen, washer and dryer, back patio and grill. NO LEASE. It is in a nice spot down Church St., just a 10 minute walk to campus. There is one parking space available in the lot - first come, first serve - but there is also on street parking very close. Pets are OK. This is not a party house, I am just looking for some chill roommates.
