I'm looking to sublet my room for Spring 2016! It is located in the Mohonk Housing Complex and 5 other rooms are also available to sublet as well. The lease would be from either the end of December or the beginning of January (whatever works for you) until the end of August. Its $675 a month and has central air, two bathrooms, is fully furnished, and includes utilities.  There is also washers and dryers at the complex as well.
