Bedroom available for Spring semester

I'm graduating in December and am looking for someone to sublet my bedroom from jan. 1 - aug. 1
It is a very large house with 5 bedrooms, and 2 acres in the backyard
2 bathrooms, washer/dryer in house, $545 per month
Anyone is welcome, there are both guys and girls in the house.
