Furnished Room $675 Spring 2016

I live in a 6 bedroom house in the Mohonk Ave housing complex (near the Water Street Market) and I'm trying to get someone to take over my lease starting in January. RENT IS $675/MONTH, INCLUDING UTILITIES. The house is fairly new and is in good condition, and the landlord is very reasonable. The house is 2 stories with a bathroom on each floor. My room is pretty big and will include a dresser, desk, mini fridge and twin bed. There's plenty of room for parking, however its only a 5-10 minute walk to both campus and town. There are also washers and dryers on the premises and central air throughout the house.
