Rent is $450 monthly.
utilities are included so its just $450 a month!
(There are two separate rooms available)
Laundry is elsewhere. (no washer& dry)
Internet we split so $10 a month....

The five of us would be sharing two bathrooms.


Plenty of parking space on property,
great front yard with fire-pit for bonfires.
The house is walking distance to SUNY New Paltz

We are accepting anyone in their 20's either male, or preferably female;
Should be, although not limited to being a SUNY student...
We want someone nice& friendly to live with us not among us...

In entirety the house is a five bedroom apartment,
our section is the top floor of a three floor home.

Our landlord has allowed myself until August 15th-ish to find compatible housemates,
for move in August 15th(or as soon as possible!!!). Otherwise he will be moving in just about anyone...
It's a matter of timing I suppose...

As long as you're cool, like to have fun and take school seriously you'll be alright.
Please! No lazy people, no biggy. Being tighty is a must...
