Hello, Hey~ Howdy

Rent is $450 month.
utilities are included so its just $450 a month!
Internet we split so $10 a month....
Laundry ish elsewhere. (no washer& dry)
We share two bathrooms.


Plenty of parking space on propety,
great front yard space with fire-pit and bonfires.
The house is walking distance to the SUNY Campus

Details:
We are looking for one more female preferably,
a SUNY student or not to live in our lovely house.
It is a five bedroom apartment, and our section is the
top floor of a three floor home. Living with us, so far
is Zach, Andrea, Kelly& Joe. (2 gals and 2 guys)


I myself (age,22) work, sleep, etc. and go to school full-time.
Zach (21) is a really nice guy and visits home sometimes on the weekend.
Andrea (23) works Thursdays-Mondays as a live-in nurse in CT.
Kayla (22) she's cool. I don't know much about her yet,
- "but isn't that whats so great about the housemate lotto??"

My landlord has allowed me some extra days to find the right person, not much time...
Otherwise after Friday August 7th, for move in August 15th just about anyone can take the room.




It's just a matter of timing,
otherwise my landlord will move just about anyone in.

As long as you're cool, like to have fun and take school seriously you'll be good.
No lazy people please, no biggy. Being tighty is a must... our house already looks fabulous!
