Victorian Furnished House for Female Students: 2015-16 School Year

We are looking for 2 serious, responsible, clean and friendly female students who can get along with others in the house.  We ask that you clean up after yourself when using all common areas, as a courtesy to others.  There are 2 bathrooms in this 2-story Victorian--1 downstairs and 1 upstairs.  The house was renovated a couple of years ago and is fully furnished.  All you need to bring is your books and personal belongings; we provide everything else.  THIS IS LIKE A PRIVATE HOME!  There is a 4-season sunroom in the back of the house, free washer and dryer, and large covered porches in the front and back.  You can keep a bike on the back porch to ride to school or you can walk; it's only a 5-minute walk to school.  The free Loop Bus runs in front of the house on Rte. 208, then goes down to Main Street to Starbucks and the 2 grocery stores and comes back the same way.  You can just hop on and go wherever you want.  No smoking and no pets of any kind.
