Lease is $710 per month, all utilites + cable/wifi included. 9 month lease starts in August and ends in May.

The living room is furnished with leather couches, a television, and fireplace; the kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, stove, and oven; there is a back deck which comes with a grill and table; and a large backyard that has a fire pit and picnic table. There is parking space available.
