It is one block away from Main Street and the bus station.  It is a quiet house on a quiet residential block walking distance to the college.  It is currently occupied by 3 international students from China and one student from the US. 
The house has one main kitchen on main floor and 3 bathrooms, one on each floor.
One year lease required, starts on August 1st, 2015 and goes through July 31st, 2016.  No pets allowed.
