Hi, my name is Sue and we have a private room and bath for the summer with all utilities included for $550/month. Private entrance. Private driveway. Must be clean and quiet. No drinking or smoking. Call 845-255-8233 and we can talk.

Hello we have 4 single private rooms available in a house right across campus. Only $500 a month. All utilities are included. There is a shared kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
