I'm looking for someone to take my room in a HUGE 2 bedroom apartment right across the street from campus. The apt is in The Ridge complex on rt. 32. Rent is $689.50, internet $20, and heat/electricity $60. CANNOT beat the location. Tons of closet space, newly renovated, etc. etc. You would sublet for the months of June and July with the option of renewing the lease for August 2015-2016.
