Hey! Looking for someone to sublet a room in my apartment for June-July.
I'm paying $625+utilities but I'd be willing to sublet for $500 a month UTILITIES INCLUDED!!!. 3 minute walk to campus! REALLY good price for a REALLY good place, but i'm desperate because I can't lose money!
It's Located above the Groovy Blueberry on Main street, it has 4 really nice rooms, a nice-sized common area

Private parking available behind the building!
