Looking for someone to sublet this Summer!

Looking for someone to sublet my room for either June 4th - August 20th or July 1st - August 20th, whichever works best for the person looking for a place to stay.  The rent is $625+utilities but I'm looking for just the rent to be covered.  The apartment is located above the Groovy Blueberry on Main Street, right next door to Bistro.  It's a short walk to campus and close to all of the wonderful things New Paltz has to offer.  Has a washer and dryer, a nice kitchen, 4 rooms, and has parking in the back.  E-mail me if you're interested at chrisrcbp@gmail.com  thank you!
