Room in 4 bedroom house available

We have a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on Old Kingston Road, and we need to find someone to move into the last room for a lease that goes from May, 2015 until the end of April 2016. There are three of us and we are all chill guys that are juniors. The house is spacious, gets a lot of natural light, and has a back porch with a back yard.
