Two rooms available on a quiet street near Trailways bus station, 10 minute walk from campus. Yearlong lease starting August 1

Larger room for $520 and small room for $430, not including utilities.

There are four other housemates, all students or recent graduates and very friendly and easygoing. 

Great house with front porch and back porch, two bathrooms, quaint kitchen with skylights, and convenient coin-operated laundry room.
