I have a very nice room for sublet only about 1.5 miles from campus. The house has been recently renovated, with hardwood floors, wireless internet, a big brick patio and garden, a furnished living room and dining room.

The home is right outside of town, pleasantly far enough away to get out of the hustle and bustle of New Paltz, while still close enough to walk if you'd like to get the exercise.

Looking for a clean and respectful tenant, this is not a party house.

Pet friendly, although it is an extra $50 a month for a pet.

Available June 1st - August 10th.

$625/Month + Includes Garbage, Lawn Care.  You would be responsible for water, electric and heat which add up to about $45/month.
