Summer Sublet June-Mid July

Hi!

If anyone is interested in staying in New Paltz during the months of June until Mid-july I will be subletting my room in a beautiful house near the Asian Fusion complex. Rent is $745 a month (including utilities + internet) however we receive money back from the landlord from any unused utilities. I am also open to giving discounts in rent if someone is truly interested. The house is beautiful, very homey and secluded with a deck, fire pit, and is close to campus and the stop n shop plaza.
