Room available from June 1st to Mid-August. Willing to negotiate to the end of August if necessary. Room is offered for $550 a month with water and heat/air included. Only utilities needed otherwise is electric and cable. Room comes completely furnished with bed, desk, mini fridge, seating, dresser, and large closet. The house is a 4 bedroom house which includes two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, basement, garage/driveway, and space in the back yard.
