Beautiful 4 bedroom house / master bedroom can share two students/ for 4 or 5 mature student for rent beginning july or august for next semester.  The house  is located about 1/4 mile of college. The house has big living room 4 bedroom, kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 bathroom downstairs where is also laundry room. Parking area is large for 4-6  cars. The rent is $2000. for 4 students $2500  will be for 5 students. We require  1 month security 1 month last month of may when yours semester is complete. If you like extend so you renew lease.
