We have a room available May 1st in a 4 bedroom house in the Village of New Paltz. Within walking distance to everything. $650/month includes most utilities. Furnished living room, dining room and kitchen. Includes large deck, washer and dryer, driveway parking. 1 year lease, 1 month security deposit. Great house with great people (grad students).
