New house with 4 bedrooms, fully furnished private bedrooms, new kitchen, dining area, 2 bathrooms and common area. House is currently rented to three female students and we now have one large bedroom available in an all-female house. We are looking for a female student who is mature, clean and a responsible adult.  Rent is $650 a month with two months security required. Now available for Spring 2015. Rent includes all utilities, central air conditioning, washer / dryer, wireless internet and snow removal.  Roommates are clean and responsible students who are not partiers. House is situated in a quiet residential area, has a long driveway so there's plenty of parking, located in Village. It's approx. a 15 - 20 minute walk to campus. Pictures available upon request. House is a nice, quiet place to live and study – NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Absolutely no smoking & no pets allowed.
