Great spaces for rent in historic home in the village of New Paltz.  2 rooms are open for this current semester. The rooms are $600 each per month and the rental fee is all inclusive- Wi-Fi is also included.  Nice quiet space with private lighted and keyed entrance.  3rd floor of great Victorian home.  we are seeking serious, non smoking students only- no pets, no parties. Our location is walking distance to SUNY New Paltz as well as all the area shops and restaurants.
