Hello, a spacious 2 bed room apartment (900ft2 1.5bath) will be avaliable to sublet from 5/19 to 8/18. Clean, quiet neighborhood. 15 mins from the campus by walking. Parking spot avaliable. I am now paying 1275 (rent)+~50(electricity)+ 70 (internet) a month. You only pay 600 for a person to use a room(if two rooms are filled the price would go down to 500 per each person), 1000 for 2 people and 1100 for 3 people.
