Location is ACROSS THE STREET FROM CAMPUS. Cost is $3600 per month-one year lease ~ you split it up as you like. All are on the lease as one. You will need to put down one months rent as a security deposit. Utilities are shared (heat/elect/cable/water) I provide trash and landscaping services.
