House is newly renovated/new washer/dryer/new boiler/private 4 car driveway /great location 2 blocks from campus - right off main street / 2 baths/common kitchen/living room/HUGE backyard deck w a private backyard - complete privacy in the summer.

Location is TWO BLOCKS FROM CAMPUS. Cost is $2650 per month-one year lease ~ you split it up as you like. All are on the lease as one. You will need to put down one months rent as a security deposit. Utilities are shared (heat/elect/cable/water) I provide trash and landscaping services.
