Two rooms for rent. Cozy, sunny, in a house on a quiet street that's an easy walk to campus or downtown.  Off-street parking, cable and high-speed internet.  Garden space available,if desired.

Rent is due in 2 ways, making it low in both areas.  $375/mo., incl all utilities. As a renter, you'd help out for 2 hours each week, in ways you can choose from. Possibilities include house or yard work, minor repairs and touch-ups, assistance with electronics and social media.  The kitchen is vegetarian.  No smokers, please.

Each room is available on January 1st, but one of them might also be available on January 16th, if preferred.   Please call or email, to arrange to come and see the space.
