My name is Alayna Wageman and I am looking for someone to rent my current room for Spring 2015 because I am going abroad. The house is on 10 Orchard Lane and is only a 4 minute walk to the center of campus! The house is home to six other girls. The room is downstairs and is a perfect size. The rent is $650/month (not included cable and electric). You will be able to move in January 20th (first day of classes) and your first month payment will be February 1st.
