$376 a Month - Room Available in Windsor Court!

Hey all!

There is an opening in the Windsor Court Complex near the Southside Apartments, about a six minute walk to campus! It'll be a double room so you'll be rooming with another girl. She's not here often and she's super nice Rent is $376 a month, internet is $15 a month, and electricity is $30 every two months. The apartment has a nice living room with a balcony and the complex includes a pool and washer/ dryer. The complex is quiet so please keep the noise level to a minimum. We're actually pretty quiet and don't make nice at all haha, but we're extroverted people if you want a friend Also, please be clean!
