awesome two bedroom apartment for sublet- Spring 2015

Hey guys! So my friend and roommate had to leave NP for their own reasons.... but that left me all alone in a two bedroom. I've decided that I'm going to sublet the WHOLE appt. It is a two bedroom appt. with very spacious rooms. $1200 a month+ heat/electric (one bill)+ cable/wifi. The appt. is located at 28 Church st. Very central to town, and 10 minute walk to campus. My landlord is probably the nicest guy out there. Very helpful if anything needs to be done. Need to find someone to sublet this place out ASAP! The lease I signed goes until the end of May. I've already found a place to move into so I can leave as soon as you are ready to move in. I'll be leaving some furniture behind if you want or need it... it would be free.
