Room for rent at 28 Church Street. It is a spacious apartment currently occupied by 2 female roommates. The rent is 400 per month from now until December plus utilities (wifi, cable, heat, and electric). From January until June it is 600 per month unless another roommate moves in. The landlord is Garvin McCloskey owner of Shea Obrien's. The apartment is a 3 minute walk from main Street and a little more then 5 minutes to campus.
