Are you still looking for a room?  These rooms are available for the SPRING 2015 semester.

2 Private Rooms for Rent in a beautiful 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms back yard. The house is furnished with nice furniture. So, no parties please. This house is suitable for a mature and clean grad student or a mature juniors/senior.

This home is pet friendly as long as your pet is friendly.  There is a $50/month pet fee and also an additional pet security deposit fee if you have a pet.

Common Area- includes dining room table, futon couch, chair, rug, end tables, kitchen peninsula with bar style seating and pendant lighting. Vaulted Ceilings with 2 skylights.

All rooms include Internet, Garbage and Lawn Care. Some rooms also include water, internet and cable TV. You would be responsible for splitting the following with all the tenants: water, ($5-$10/month), electric ($20-$30/month) and heat (varies). 

Room 1- $575 small 10 x 10 room completely furnished with nightstand, dresser, desk, chair, lamp, 2 mirrors, garbage can and rug.  You would be responsible for bringing a mattress/bed.  A twin size bed fits comfortably into this room.  A larger bed will not fit well.

Room 2- $625 medium room about 10 x 12 not furnished, but includes a large wall mirror and bookshelves.

The rooms are available as of Jan 1, 2015. Short Term lease is ok.
