We are looking for 2 more serious, mature, and responsible female students to share an exceptional house just 2 blocks from school or the Starbucks on Main Street.  You will enjoy 2 sparkling new modern bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, all-season sunroom with a large flat-screen TV and a treadmill, lots of natural light from skylights and large windows, free washer and dryer, large front and back porches, and a large backyard.  Sorry, no smoking and no pets.  Lease is only 10 months; you don't have to pay for June and July unless you want to stay on. Rent is $625 and $650 (for the larger room) plus shared utilities.
