Hi Folks, before I get you excited about this house, I must tell you that this property has parking for 1 vehicle, (we're very convenient to the bus line). That being said, the home was built in 1868 and has all of the rustic charm! It consists of a nice living room with cathedral ceiling, a dining room, kitchen, cozy upstairs bedroom & bathroom with bathtub. The lay out of the space is conducive to using the living room as a master bedroom, thereby making it a 2 bedroom. There's a cute court yard out back, a great place to chill, BBQ,,.have a smoke! There are also a few spots where you could do a bit of gardening if you'd like. BTW, the landlord (me) lives in the Barn/Loft apt. in back of the house but fear not,...I'm a laid back musician and my attitude is simple, Treat others the way you like to be treated".
