Hi there,

I'm a nice, easy-going male transfer sophomore and I'm looking for a place to share with 1-4 others for next year. I'm neat and very easy to live with, I'm cool with just about everything, and I'm reliable with the rent. I'm hoping for a place pretty close to campus with utilities but I'm flexible. I'm perfectly happy with both party and non-party houses, and either way I will be a friendly and responsible roommate and tenant who respects others' wishes.
