summer sublet june 7-aug 15

Hello,

I won't be here in the summer and will be subletting my room from June 7-Aug 15. $1340 altogether with utilities included. Room is furnished. It can also be subletted anytime between the period.

The house is north oakwood. 5 minute walk from campus. The kitchen is new The girls in the house are really nice and clean. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. The landlord is really nice.

The room will also be available after Aug 20 for the entire year.
