Looking for 1 Female Roommate (2 minute walk to campus, 1 minute walk to town

I am looking for one roommate who is willing to share a room (in the largest room) of  an awesome house that is extremely close to campus with the lease that starts June 1st. Rent is $550 a month per person with most of the utilities included. Includes a spacious living room, decently sized kitchen, an art studio, and a garage.  It's a 2 minute walk to campus and a 5 minute walk to town.

Preferably looking for a female roommate who is a non-smoker.
