The neat and clean, remodeled and fully furnished Victorian house is just 2 blocks from school or the Starbucks on Main St.  Lots of natural light from skylights and windows; ceiling fans add to your comfort.  Features include an all-season sunroom, free washer and dryer, 2 large and beautifully renovated bathrooms (one on each floor), fully equipped kitchen, front and back porches, and a huge backyard.  You'll find everything you could desire for a safe, pleasant and productive school year.  Sorry, no smoking and no pets of any kind.
Rent is $625 or $655, depending on room size, plus shared utilities.  The lease runs from Aug.1 thru May25.  You don't have to pay for the summer months unless you need to stay on for summer school or work.  If you plan to return the following year, you can safely leave your belongings in your room at no cost and just show up again in August.
