Greetings Everyone,   I have a private home with three bedrooms coming available this summer 6/15 thru 8/15 and next fall semester if it's still available.  Can accommodate three to four female students.  Furnished living room, dining room and sun room, full basement with laundry, all rooms are cable ready.  Kitchen has most utensils, home has been well maintained, beautifully landscaped yards, Sun room, slate patio with seating for six, clean, safe and comfortable.  Just 8/10 mile from the south gate on St. Rt. 32.  Current students lease expires 6/15.  Just to many amenities to list here.  You pay for electric, heat and $575 each for rent, THAT's IT.  I do the rest.  Trash, lawn care, building maintenance, etc. etc.....    If your interested or need a place for the summer call Phil @ 845-476-2088, short term lease is still available.  Best of luck, looking forward to hearing from you....
