Our house is located on 17 Fairview Avenue, right behind the library!
We are interested in subletting 1 to 3 rooms from our house in the summer of 2014!
We are asking for $550 per room, which is a steal for this great house and location!
Includes all utilities, except heat (which I hope you're not using in the summer ) and electricity.
