Summer sublet starting mid may to mid august. (you can move in when dorms close!)

ONLY 1 of 4 rooms left for whole summer and 2 rooms for July/August at $575 plus utilities per room, PETS ALLOWED. Literally 1/2 a block from campus on Orchard Lane.

There's a gas grill, hammock, fire pit and large backyard w/ patio furniture. 2 full bathrooms, dishwasher, washer/dryer and lots of windows for sunlight!
