SUMMER SUBLETs needed for beautiful house 1/2 block from campus

Hello!
The house I'm renting next year still needs subleters so here it goes.
It's a darn cute house with lots of windows to let in all that lovely natural light.
5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
There's a washer and dryer in the kitchen so thats a huge plus around here. Also a dishwasher and 2 microwaves.
HUGE backyard with fire pit, grill with propane, a tire swing and hammock.
Rent is $575 plus utilities which won't be much in the summer. Pet friendly if need be. Can be a group or single rooms rented out. Mid May to Mid August.
On Orchard lane so literally right across the street from campus, can't find much better than this. Really is a great house.
