New house with 4 bedrooms, fully furnished private bedrooms, new kitchen, dining area, 2 bathrooms and common area. House is currently rented to two females. We are looking for two female students who are mature, clean and responsible adults. Rent is $675/month. Lease is month to month with two months security required. Rent includes all utilities, central air conditioning, laundry room, wireless internet and snow removal.  Roommates are clean and responsible students who are not partiers. House is situated in a quiet residential area, has a long driveway so there's plenty of parking, located in Village. It's approx. a 15 - 20 minute walk to campus. Pictures available upon request. House is a nice, quiet place to live and study - not a party house. Absolutely no smoking & no pets allowed.
