Summer room for rent $615/mo everything included!!

I am a senior at New Paltz and I moving out of my room in May, but my lease ends in August. I am looking for someone to sub-lease my room from May 19th to the middle of August. This would be a 3 month lease only! My landloard can be contacted if someone wants to stay for next year too. It is a huge room with two big closets. It is really meant for two people. The house is greatly located right by the college diner. It is about 2.5 miles from campus.  $615 a month everything included, even internet and cable!! If interested I can send you some pictures or have you over for a tour. Single person, no roommate.
