My name is Max and I'm going into my last semester.  My current lease ends in August and I need a new place for the semester.  I am clean, quiet and I don't keep pets or smoke.  Please let me know if you have any spaces available.  I'll be conducting research for a greater part of the semester and need a 1br I can hole up in.  Much appreciated!
