Apartment in downtown New Paltz, walking distance to practically everywhere. Room is small but storage available in small foyer and attic crawlspaces. Gets lots of great light, newly remodeled bathroom. Apartment is furnished but room is not. You would be sharing the apartment with a post grad working female and elderly/lovable cat. (Female applicants preferred but not necessary)

Room is available anytime in April or early May until the end of September.

Included utilities are electric, heat, hot water, garbage removal and recycling. Gas for stove was recently refilled. Roku has free Netflix and HBO account. Off street parking downtown a huge plus.
